Cute Cupcake Bouquet!!

I love doing this cupcake bouquet! This one would be perfect for Valentines Day but I am already thinking of all of the possibilities with different holidays and events. FUN!!

me + a ziplock bag = cute cupcakes!!

I thought these turned out so cute for being the first time I attempted anything like this! All it took was a ziplock bag, few colors of icing, oreos, and of course cupcakes! These will be perfect around springtime!! I started to go with a Valentines theme but got bored of just the pink and whites so I did a few more colors. Loved how they turned out! I am so excited to get a set of decorating tips so I have more options as far as decorating. The ziplock bag has been great for the stuff I have done but I am ready to move on and see what I can do with more options in tips. I have my eye on a set at Michaels and a 40% off coupon to use...the day is coming! :)

Love Bugs!!

I decided to make some chocolate covered strawberries one night to use up some strawberries before they went bad. I started trying to make a chocolate heart to put on top of one of them for my husband and in doing so realized one of my hearts kind of looked like a wing...and from there my love bug was created! Next time I make these I will do a more detailed post on how I did it.

New Obsession

I know it has been forever since I have posted anything. I had gotten out of the habit of blogging. SORRY!!! So I have all of the sudden become obsessed with food decorating. It doesn't matter what it is if I can make it look cute or pretty I want to make it. So I thought this would be a perfect place to start posting the pictures of my creations. Some of these will be my own ideas and some are ideas taken and tweaked from different pictures I have seen around the internet.

Please keep in mind as you are looking at the pictures that I have never done this before. The few I have done so far have turned out really cute but I plan on posting everything I try from here on out so I am sure not all of it is going to be great. It is just a good way to keep track of my journey as I begin a new hobby.
