We made it!

We got up this morning at 5am after about 2-3 hours of sleep and headed out. We landed in New Orleans around 10am. We stopped in the hotel and had them hold out luggage and then off we went. We walked around all day looking around the French Quarter. Eventually our feet were KILLING us because we didn't have out tennis shoes on. They were in our luggage at the hotel so we decided to head back and see if we could check in. Our room wasn't quite ready so we waited around until we could finally check in. We then got online to see what all we wanted to do (as you can tell we brought our laptop) and then took a nap. After that we ordered some food and now I am waiting on Dave to get ready so we can head out again. Tonight we are going to head to Bourbon St. for a while and see whats going on there. We decided we didn't want to drink too much tonight once we have a lot we want to do tomorrow but we will see :)

If I have more time tomorrow I will write a little more detail on what we have done. If not I will tell you all about it soon. Just wanted to jump on and let everyone know we made it safe.
